I wasn't expecting much at this price point but the Toshiba Mini Rice Cooker proved me wrong. It's tiny yet mighty, cooking perfect rice every time. I particularly loved its 'Fuzzy Logic' technology - my jasmine rice is consistently fluffy and never sticky. At under $100, it's a steal for the quality and versatility.

However, the exterior gets quite hot during cooking, so be careful with those little hands if you've got kids running around. Other than that, it's been a welcome addition to my small kitchen counter.
