Look, I'll be honest, these weren't my first choice when it came to earplugs. But after a week of using them at the construction site, I've got to say, they're pretty impressive. The noise reduction rating (NRR) of 33 is no joke - I could barely hear the jackhammer's constant drone once I popped these in. That alone made my workday noticeably less stressful.

However, I found that they started to lose their effectiveness after about four hours. They'd still block out noise, but not as well as when they were freshly inserted. Not a deal-breaker by any means, especially considering how cheap they are per pair, but it's something worth mentioning if you're planning on using them for extended periods.

Overall, though, I'm pleasantly surprised with these 3M Earplugs. They're comfortable, do their job well for the most part, and come in a convenient, resealable box that makes it easy to grab a handful before heading out to the worksite.
