The price made me hesitant, but after a few weeks of testing, I'm pleasantly surprised by this Cholila Cover Insulated Pouch. Initially, I was concerned about how well it would keep the frost off my outdoor pressure valve; however, even in our recent cold snap, not an ounce of ice formed on mine. That's impressive for a sub-$20 purchase. My only minor critique is that the zipper could be smoother, but it's manageable and hasn't hindered use. Overall, a solid find for maintaining my outdoor plumbing.
