Best purchase I've made in a while! I was amazed by how smoothly this Cuisinart Power Advantage Plus handled my heavy dough for homemade bread – the 9 speeds truly make all the difference. I even used it to whip up some fluffy mashed potatoes, and boy, did they turn out creamy! The motor's power is impressive, it never once struggled or overheated during my month-long testing spree in the kitchen.

My only minor critique? It could be a tad lighter. After prolonged use, my arm did get a little tired from its weight. But hey, that's a small price to pay for such a robust performance!
