Our Experience

I wasn't expecting much at this price point, but the Mercer Genesis has proven me wrong. It's a fantastic little knife for its price tag under $20. I've been using it daily for a few weeks now - it's sharp out of the box and cuts through fruits and veggies like butter. The comfortable handle fits my hand perfectly, even after extended use, which is a plus when you're spending hours in the kitchen.

However, there's one minor thing that I've noticed - the blade is slightly more flexible than other knives I own, so it might not be ideal for heavier tasks like chopping through thick-skinned produce. But considering its price and performance, it's an amazing bang-for-your-buck knife that I'd happily buy again.
