I finally decided to try these 3M Ear Plugs after my neighbor's construction project started early mornings. I'm a light sleeper, so I needed something reliable. After three weeks of use, I'm pretty satisfied. They're comfortable enough to wear all night without feeling like they'll fall out. The foam expands nicely to fit my ear canal, which is great because I've had problems with other plugs not sealing properly. My minor gripe? They can get a bit messy if you have to replace them in the middle of the night – the individually wrapped pairs are nice for hygiene but can leave behind some residue on your fingers. Overall though, these earplugs have been a game-changer for my sleep.
