We go through things quickly in our household - two cars, both on the road daily, and water softeners that don't last long. So when I found this kit online, I figured why not give it a shot? It's been nearly a month now, and I've gotta say, the rebuild was a breeze with all the genuine OEM parts included. My favorite part was how clear the instructions were - even for a DIY newbie like me. The wrench was also a nice touch, something you wouldn't usually think about but made the process so much easier.

My only minor critique? The plastic bag that held all the small parts didn't have labels or identifiers. I ended up having to lay everything out to figure out what went where. Not a deal-breaker by any means, but maybe something they could improve on in future bundles. Other than that, this kit has been an excellent investment for keeping our water softeners running smoothly despite the miles we rack up each week.
