Okay so I really like this West Bend bread maker! I've been wanting to make fresh bread at home for ages, and this machine has made it so easy. I love that it has a gluten-free setting - my friend's daughter has celiac disease, so I can't wait to try making her some safe, homemade loaves.

One thing I particularly appreciate is how the paddle pulls out of the bread once it's done baking. No more worrying about chunks of plastic in your perfectly risen loaf!

However, there's one minor thing I've noticed - sometimes the machine seems to get a bit overzealous with the kneading on the 'Whole Wheat' setting. It can make quite a racket, but it hasn't affected the quality of the bread yet.

All in all, though, this West Bend bread maker is an absolute joy to use! I've already experimented with different recipes and can't wait to keep exploring.
