Finally replaced my worn-out cleaver with this SHI BA ZI ZUO 8-inch pro model, and I'm already smitten! The first thing that struck me was how effortlessly it sliced through a thick slab of beef – like cutting through butter (not literally, of course). It's sharp enough to make chopping vegetables almost therapeutic.

My only minor gripe? The handle could be slightly thicker for better grip when my hands are damp from washing veggies. But hey, that's a small price to pay for this beast of a blade.
