Not gonna lie, I almost didn't buy this. I'm not one for flashy decor, and these LED letters seemed a bit too much for my minimalist taste. But hey, they were affordable and my kid insisted on having them for her birthday party. I figured we'd give it a shot.

The setup was surprisingly simple - just peel off the backing, stick where you want, plug in, and turn on with the remote. No hassle at all, which was great because I didn't have time to fiddle around.

Now, the colors are vibrant, I'll give them that. They're bright enough to be seen from across the room, yet not so much they'd blind you. And there's a decent variety of colors too, not just your standard red-green-blue. That was a pleasant surprise.

My one gripe? The remote is tiny and easy to lose. Not a deal-breaker since we've mostly kept it plugged into the wall, but if you're planning to use these outdoors or move them around frequently, that could be an issue.

All in all though, they've added a fun touch to our home parties. They're not just for kids' birthdays either; my wife and I found ourselves leaving them on while watching movies one evening. So yeah, I'm glad we bought them despite my initial doubts.
