This is exactly what I needed! These pie weights have been a game-changer in my baking adventures. The ceramic beans are not only adorable but they're also incredibly effective at preventing my crusts from puffing up while blind-baking.

I was worried about the weight, as I'm used to metal chains, but these were perfect - just heavy enough to do their job without being too bulky to handle. My one minor gripe is that they take a bit longer to cool down after coming out of the oven compared to my old metal weights, but it's a small price to pay for the even baking and cute factor they bring to the table.
