I've tried a bunch of toasters over the years, but the Mecity 2 Slice really stood out. It's got that modern touch screen thing going on which I appreciate - made me feel like I was in a fancy coffee shop every morning! The bagel mode is brilliant too, it actually gave my everything bagels that perfect crispy edge without burning the inside.

However, I noticed that sometimes the slices didn't pop up evenly. It's not a deal-breaker, just takes a little extra attention when you're multitasking. But hey, for under fifty bucks and its sleek stainless steel look, it's a solid upgrade from my old-school toaster.
