After reading countless reviews, I decided to try the PABLUE Oil Pastels 48 Colors. As a detail-oriented researcher, I wanted to see if these pastels lived up to their claims of being blendable and versatile.

I found them remarkably pigmented. Even after two weeks of near-daily use, the colors remained vibrant. My favorite was the Cerulean Blue – it had an amazing depth that popped against other colors. Blending was indeed smooth; I enjoyed layering various shades to create gradients in my landscapes.

However, there's a minor critique. While the pastels are marketed as 'soft', they're not quite as creamy as I'd expected.
