The specs of the Neretva Bread Maker piqued my interest; a 3.3 lb capacity and 15 different functions suggested it could handle various dough types and sizes. I tested it extensively over two weeks, baking loaves based on its recipe booklet and experimenting with my own favorites.

I was particularly impressed by the "Gluten Free" setting. It delivered perfectly baked, evenly browned gluten-free bread every time, a revelation for me as I've struggled with inconsistent results from other machines. The non-stick ceramic pan made cleanup effortless.

However, while the machine's versatility is commendable, I found its timer beep for 'Add Nuts/Fruits/Dried Fruits' could be more precise. In my trials, it sometimes went off too early, leading to an uneven distribution of add-ins. Overall, though, this bread maker offers excellent value and performance for its price point.
