This is exactly what I needed! I've been wanting a bread maker for ages and the Neretva Bread Maker has been an absolute game-changer. The dual heater ensures even baking, resulting in perfectly golden loaves every time. After experimenting with different cycles, my personal favorite is the French bread setting – it produces a gorgeous crusty exterior with a soft interior.

One minor critique, though, is that the kneading paddle can sometimes leave a small hole in the bottom of your loaf. It's not a deal-breaker for me, as I prefer to remove the paddle before baking anyway, but it might bother some users. All in all, this bread maker has been a joy to use and I'm loving my fresh, homemade bread!
