With a busy household of four, I've come to realize that having the right tools makes all the difference in my kitchen. So when I saw this SHAN ZU 10-inch Sushi Knife, I thought, "Could this be the game-changer for our sushi nights?" After a week of testing, here's what I found:

First off, let me say that the sharpness of this knife is impressive. It glides through fish like it's nothing, making those perfectly thin slices for our sushi rolls a breeze.



Now, my one minor critique would be that the blade is so sharp, it requires a bit more caution than I'm used to with other knives in my collection. I found myself accidentally nicking the skin of the fish a few times until I got used to its edge.



But hey, that's a small price to pay for such precision and quality at this price point. It's not every day you find a Japanese-style knife like this without breaking the bank. All in all, it's been a great addition to our kitchen.
