I love Silicone Pot Holders, and these are large enough to put my whole hand inside to grip a pan properly. I am NOT a fan of the Stitching down the Middle that is very uncomfortable, so taking off 1 star. I've gotten used to it over time. I will say, the mix of Ribbed Silicone is easier to use than a whole Silicone Glove, and these are lighter weight as well as fully protect my hands.
