Took me a while to decide on this coffee maker, but after seeing how much my colleagues enjoyed theirs, I finally caved in. I'm glad I did! The 'Bold' setting has been a game-changer - it's made my morning cups just the way I like them, strong and flavorful. It's not perfect though; I wish there was an indicator for when to stop filling up the water reservoir, as once or twice I ended up with more than needed. But hey, that's a small price to pay for a coffee maker that's this easy to use and makes such great java!
