The specs of this Vitamix Propel Series blender caught my attention due to its professional-grade 2.2 horsepower motor and four pre-programmed settings. After testing it for three weeks, I'm impressed by its precision in creating smooth soups; the "Hot Soup" program heats ingredients perfectly while maintaining nutritional integrity. However, despite Vitamix's claim of easy cleaning with its self-cleaning feature, I found that it still requires quite a bit of scrubbing around the lid's seal to remove residue effectively. Overall, though, this powerful and versatile machine has become an invaluable addition to my kitchen appliances.
