Our Experience

After using these Henckels knives for a few weeks, I've come to appreciate their sharpness and durability. The 7-inch Santoku has become my go-to for chopping vegetables; it's lightweight yet robust, making quick work of even tougher produce like butternut squash.

However, while the non-stick coating on the blades is helpful for easy cleaning, I've noticed that some finer particles do get stuck in the grooves around the edge. A minor gripe, but it does require a bit more scrubbing than I'd prefer post-meal. Overall, though, these knives have been a practical addition to my kitchen arsenal.
