I've tried my fair share of stain removers, from DIY solutions to store-bought concoctions, but nothing seemed to tackle those set-in marks on my carpet and upholstery like this Shark StainForce system. Coming from a multiple pet owner....this is a GAME CHANGER! IT has a super good scrubbing brush, strong suction and it is 100% cordless and portable! I can use it in my car, my office and anywhere else I need it! It's self cleaning, and stores away nicely! The spray has a clean smell and the refills are reasonably priced. I was hesitant to buy this at first because how good can a portable cleaner be? I used it for the first time in my car today to clean up my toddlers mess and let me tell you, I was so surprised by how well it cleaned my seats. It got everything out in less than five minutes and my seat looks brand new. It has a really strong suction and barely weighs anything. Good tool to have, but I was disappointed that the cleaning solution was missing from the order, which in turned delayed my cleaning project. I was given a partial refund for the cost of the solution, but it should have been there in the first place. Now I have to order it and wait. My local area does not carry it.

I love Shark products - I've used several of their vacuums and cleaners before, but this one was a bit of a dud.First of all, the charging cable was short, cheap, and takes up a ton of space when plugged in on the outlet.Second, the device does not last long and does not store a lot of liquid when used for carpeting or spot cleaning.
