Upgraded from my old silicea gel tabs to these Hübner Original capsules a few weeks back. First off, big fan of the one-a-day dosage - no more fumbling with multiple pills like I did before. I've been noticing less hair fall in the shower too, which is awesome! My nails seem stronger as well; they're not breaking as easily anymore.

One minor thing though, sometimes it's tough to swallow without a glass of water nearby. Not a deal-breaker, just something I've noticed. Other than that, these capsules have been a solid upgrade from my old tabs. Definitely feeling the difference in my hair and nails!
