We go through things quickly in our household - kids knocking over, pets chewing on, you name it. So when I bought this Govee TV Backlight, I was pleasantly surprised by its durability. It's been a few weeks now and not a single sign of wear or tear, even after my toddler tried to "help" me install it.

The fish-eye correction function is impressive too. Our old backlights would have those weird blobs if our TV wasn't perfectly centered. But this one? No issues there, it's all smooth lighting whether the TV is off-center or not.



However, I did notice that the adhesive strips aren't as strong as they could be. After a couple of weeks, one side started to peel slightly. Nothing too major yet, but it might be worth considering some extra tape for added security if you've got enthusiastic kids or pets around.

All in all, for $58.99, this is a solid buy that's made our movie nights more enjoyable without breaking the bank. And hey, even with that minor issue, it's still holding up just fine after a few weeks of being tested by our lively family.
