I wasn't expecting much at this price point, but the GE XWFE water filter has exceeded my expectations. It's easy to install and replace, which I appreciated as someone who's not particularly handy. After a few weeks of use, I've noticed a significant improvement in our drinking water's taste - it's cleaner and fresher than before. However, I did find that it reduces water pressure slightly, which is noticeable when filling up a large pot or pitcher. Overall though, for the price, this filter offers great value. It's clear that it's doing its job, reducing lead and other impurities, and that alone makes it worth the money.
