I have them on my fireplace and they look really pretty when lit at night. You can change flicker of candles with the remote and turn them on/off and use a timer in remote.

I’ve had them a couple of days, so far so good, however, the batteries fit strangely, so at first, I thought that the candles were defective. I just had to reseat the batteries, and they finally worked. They’re very pretty, but I’ve had candles that have much more realistic flickering. These don’t flicker they pulsate, so they really do not look real. But they are still pretty, so I did not return them.
