Took me a while to decide but I finally bought these Lands' End Expedition boots after reading countless reviews about their warmth and waterproofing. I live in an area where snow is inevitable every winter, so I needed something reliable for my early morning walks with my dog.

I've been wearing them for three weeks now, and they're exactly as warm as advertised. My feet stay cozy even on the coldest days, thanks to the 200g Thinsulate insulation. The slip-on style is also a game-changer; it's so easy to put them on, especially when my hands are full with coffee and leash. However, I wish they had more traction on ice; I've slipped a couple of times despite the lugged outsoles. But overall, these boots are a fantastic addition to my winter wardrobe. They're comfortable, durable, and have already proven themselves in our harsh weather.
