With a busy household and three hungry kids, finding time to bake bread from scratch is a luxury we don't often have. That's why I was excited to try out the Elite Gourmet EBM8103M Programmable Bread Maker. It's been a game-changer! The 19 pre-set menu functions mean I can make everything from basic white bread to gluten-free loaves with just a few button presses. My favorite feature has been the delay timer - I can start the machine before bed, and wake up to the smell of fresh-baked bread in the morning.

However, one minor critique is that cleaning the bread pan after each use takes a bit more elbow grease than I'd like. The non-stick coating helps, but it's not quite as easy to clean as I'd hoped. Overall though, this bread maker has been a fantastic addition to our busy kitchen, and we've all enjoyed having fresh, homemade bread on the table for dinner every night.
