I wasn't expecting much at this price point, but I'm pleasantly surprised by this rolling knife sharpener. It's a cinch to use – just pull it through like you're cutting a slice of bread. The magnetic angles are handy; I mostly used the 20° for my chef's knife and it gives me a satisfyingly smooth glide every time.

One minor gripe, though, is that the plastic body feels a tad flimsy compared to pricier models. However, for $35, this little gadget has been a godsend in keeping my knives sharp without breaking the bank. I've used it daily for nearly a month now and haven't had any issues with durability yet. It's not perfect, but it sure offers great bang for your buck!
