Update: the company reached out after I gave the below review, and they made it right by refunding the item. It was very nice of them, as I was not happy with the product and had no choice but not to return it. It made me feel good that they care about their customers, so I changed it to five Stars based on that.(This is awful, weird motor sound, and vibrates hand. Also, it doesn't grind fine at all. I would have returned it but they wanted to charge me 6$ to do so.)
