As someone who's always short on time, I appreciate a knife that can keep up with my hectic pace in the kitchen. The OXO Santoku didn't disappoint – its slightly curved blade glided through vegetables effortlessly, chopping them to uniform sizes in half the usual time.

One minor gripe though: while the locking sheath is great for safety, it can be a tad stiff at first, making it slower to draw and sheath the knife. Once you've used it a few times, though, it loosens up nicely. Overall, an excellent choice for anyone seeking a reliable, practical knife for busy kitchens.
