Okay so I really like this product! The Curtis Stone Dura-Pan has been a game-changer in my kitchen. It's so versatile - I've used it for eggs, stir-fries, and even seared a beautiful steak.

My favorite thing is how evenly it heats. No more worrying about hot spots, the food cooks perfectly every time. And clean-up? A breeze with this non-stick surface! It only takes a quick wipe to be good as new.

However, there's one tiny downside. The handle gets quite hot while cooking, so I've taken to using oven mitts just to be safe. But hey, that's a small price to pay for such a fantastic pan!
