The knobs were a bit challenging to put in and cant put too much chicken in but otherwise works well. Easy to wash
i love this thing, it is not slip resistant like many of these people state but nothing a little hot glue dots wont change...it shredded my husbands roast soo its easier for him (broken neck problems) and it works great, shredded with ease plastic is fairly well made we shall see how long it last...
