With a busy household and a husband who's always asking for homemade pizza night, this Chicago Metallic Pie Weight has been a lifesaver! I appreciated how it kept my dough from bubbling up unevenly in the oven. It was super easy to use too – just place it right on top of the dough before popping it in. The weight itself is sturdy and well-made, felt like it could last quite some time.

However, I wish they'd included a non-stick mat or something similar for easier clean-up. Having to scrub pizza dough residue off can be a bit of a hassle. But overall, this pie weight has been a great addition to my kitchen gadgets. It's made our homemade pizza nights even better!
