Best purchase I've made in a while! This Chefman microwave has been an absolute game-changer in my kitchen. The 10 power levels and six cooking presets make it so versatile - I can reheat leftovers perfectly or even cook frozen meals without any hassle. I particularly love the keep-warm function, which comes in handy when I'm running late for dinner.

One minor critique though, the control panel could be a bit more intuitive. It took me a few days to figure out how to use some of the presets. But once I got the hang of it, it was smooth sailing! All in all, this microwave has been an fantastic addition to my countertop and I'm really happy with my purchase.
