Our Experience

We go through things quickly in our household of five, so when I bought the Zojirushi NW-QAC10, I expected it to hold up well. After a month, it's still going strong. I love that it heats food evenly and quickly – our big family dinners are ready in no time. The flat-top design makes cleaning easy too, which is a blessing with five people eating!

One minor critique though, the control dial can be a bit finicky at first. It took me a few tries to get used to how sensitive it is for precise temperature adjustments. But once you've figured that out, it's smooth sailing. All in all, this cooker has been a great addition to our kitchen and I'm glad we invested in it.
