I wasn't expecting much at this price point, but boy was I pleasantly surprised by Babish's Santoku knife! For under $22, it feels like a steal. The German steel is sharp as can be, slicing through veggies with ease - no more tedious chopping for me!

My only minor gripe is the handle could use a bit more padding for longer cooking sessions, but hey, that's nitpicking at this price. All in all, if you're looking for a great, affordable knife that doesn't skimp on quality, this Babish beauty is your bang-for-buck winner!
