The specs caught my attention because these aren't your typical colorful kitchen knives; they're made of stainless steel, not just plastic with a shiny coating. I've been using them daily for nearly a month now.

First off, the balance is impressive. The handle is slightly heavier than the blade, making it feel secure in my hand. It's surprising how well-balanced these knives are at this price point.



My favorite aspect is their sharpness out of the box. They sliced through apples and carrots with ease. However, after about three weeks, I noticed a slight dulling. But considering the price and frequent use, that's to be expected. Sharpening them once brought them back to near-new edge.



Minor critique? The colorful handles can make it difficult to find in a drawer full of other knives, especially when you're half-asleep reaching for your morning banana. But honestly, for $15.95, this set punches well above its weight.
