After reading countless reviews and weighing options, I purchased this half/third fold music stand for its compactness and adjustability. It's been my companion for three weeks now, serving both my piano practice at home and my choir rehearsals on-the-go.

The first thing that struck me was the robust yet lightweight construction. It barely tips over when adjusting sheet music, unlike cheaper alternatives I've used in the past. The stand extends up to 58 inches high, accommodating my tall frame comfortably while seated or standing. The third fold option is brilliant; it reduces the width to just over a foot, making it easier to squeeze into tight rehearsal spaces.

However, there's one minor critique: the locking mechanism for the legs could be smoother. While functional and secure once engaged, I've had to wrestle with it a couple of times due to stiffness. Other than that, this stand has proven itself sturdy, versatile, and well worth its price tag. It's now an essential tool in my musical kit.
