Best purchase I've made in a while! The XYJ Authentic Serbian Chef's Knife is an absolute joy to use. It arrived sharp as promised and its full tang design makes it feel like an extension of my hand. Chopping through vegetables has been an utter breeze - I couldn't believe how easily it sliced through even tougher produce like carrots.

One thing that surprised me was the weight. While it's not heavy, I found myself wishing for just a tiny bit more heft for tasks like mincing garlic. But honestly, that's just a minor nitpick. This knife has been such a delight to use that I've already started eyeing their other products!
