The hat fits pretty well on my small head and is warm enough in about 40 degrees. I got this to wear with a jacket with a hood attached so that the hat bill keeps the hood up on my head and not over my eyes. Can be a little annoying if you wear glasses as it pushes them down on your nose for those of us with a small head. Overall I like the purchase.
