The price made me hesitant but, after reading numerous positive reviews, I decided to give this warming mat a try. I wasn't sure if it could handle my large chafing dishes, given its hefty size and weight, but I was pleasantly surprised by how evenly it heated them up. The silicone construction feels sturdy and non-stick, making cleaning an effortless breeze.

However, I did notice that the mat takes quite some time to heat up initially, around 15-20 minutes, which might be too long for those last-minute gatherings. Other than that, it's been a reliable addition to my kitchen arsenal, keeping buffet-style meals warm without any cold spots.
