The price made me hesitant; I've bought cheaper mouse traps that barely lasted a week. But Victor's M150-12 came recommended by my exterminator friend, so I figured I'd give them a try.

I set them up around my kitchen and garage three weeks ago. The first catch happened within two days - the mouse didn't stand a chance against that powerful snap.



What really impressed me was how easy they were to reset after each catch. Just pull the reset bar, no need to touch any nastiness. And despite their sturdy metal pedal, they're lightweight and easy to move around.

My only minor gripe? The wooden base feels a bit too rough for my liking. After handling them daily, I've got a few tiny splinters on my fingers.
