I was skeptical at first; $60 seemed steep for a refrigerant scale, especially one from an unknown brand like VEVOR. But my old scale had finally given out, and I needed something reliable for my HVAC work. After two weeks with this one, I'm pleasantly surprised.

The wired remote control is brilliant – it's such a small thing, but having the ability to step away from the unit while it's charging has made my workflow smoother. No more awkwardly leaning over the machine to watch the display.



My only minor gripe is that the instructions could be clearer. It took me a few tries to figure out how to properly connect the high and low-pressure hoses, but once I got the hang of it, the scale worked like a charm. It's not perfect, but for the price, this VEVOR scale is a solid investment.
