I wasn't expecting much at this price point, but the USA Made Custom Cutting Board exceeded my expectations. It's not perfect, mind you, but it's a solid performer. The first thing that struck me was how well it held its edge after three weeks of daily use. I've been through several boards and this one seems to be lasting longer than most.



My only minor gripe is with the handles. While they're functional, I found myself wishing for something a bit more ergonomic after extended chopping sessions. But at under thirty bucks, it's a steal considering the quality of the wood and the craftsmanship.
