Okay so I really like this Titan Fitness Heavy Foam Plyometric Box! It's perfect for my HIIT workouts at home. The thing that gets me most excited is how stable it feels when I'm doing box jumps or step-ups. I've tried cheaper options before and they'd wobble or shift, but not this guy - it's rock solid!

My only minor critique would be the size of the box. It's great for my 5'7" frame, but if you're taller, you might want to consider getting the larger version. Other than that, it's been an amazing addition to my home gym routine!
