It works really well, does exactly what it advertises to do. It was super easy to set up and has been very accurate. It has nothing but Outside temperature and humidity and Inside temperature. That's it! But that's what it advertises to do.It is pretty small, about the size of a credit card, the display has black large digits, very easy to read, but no light or colors. Easy to set up.I've had it for a few weeks now. Nice little thermometer lets me know how cold it is outside. I have it out of direct sun and under the eaves of my deck. It’s protected and accurate.
The first problem will run into is that the battery compartment does not open in an obvious way, and the instructions are not helpful. I had to look at one of the user-supplied videos to see how it works. The tab of the battery cover that folds over the edge of the case actually pops up if you put your finger or the blade of a screwdriver under the edge of the tab. After that is is obvious.I ordered one with two sensors so it was a small challenge to figure out how to get them to both operate
At first, I was concerned about accuracy, but after reading the instructions, I reset the unit and let it stand next to two other units. After 20 minutes, they all agreed within a reasonable amount. The indoor unit is pretty small which might be a problem for some users. Overall, I'm happy with the function, quality and accuracy of this unit. I have some other ThermoPro units, so I expect this to last a while.
This outdoor (and indoor) temperature device works quite well. Easy install and it is accurate enough to get the job done.
