Best purchase I've made in a while! The TECHEF Onyx Collection pan has become my go-to for just about everything. I've sautéed veggies, seared steaks, and even deep-fried some chicken wings - all with fantastic results thanks to its non-stick surface that's truly impressive. Cleanup is a breeze too, which is a huge plus in my book.

One minor critique though: the handle gets quite hot during cooking, so I've taken to using oven mitts just to be safe. But hey, that's a small price to pay for such an awesome pan!
