Our Experience

I wasn't expecting much at this price point, but the SYOKAMI Cleaver Chef Knife has proven me wrong. It's a steal for $32.99! The knife is incredibly sharp right out of the box – it sliced through chicken breasts and vegetables like they were butter.

One thing I particularly liked was the built-in herb stripper on the side; it made prep work a breeze, something I don't usually associate with budget-friendly knives.

My only minor critique is that the handle could be a tad thicker for better grip, but that's a small trade-off considering its excellent performance and affordable price. All in all, this knife punches way above its weight class.
