I needed something that could handle daily use, especially after my morning showers and evening baths with the kids. I found this Sol de Janeiro Body Lotion intriguing because it's vitamin-infused and promises to moisturize for up to 24 hours.

First off, the scent is incredible - Cheirosa 62, they call it. It's not overpowering like some perfumed lotions, but it leaves a subtle, warm vanilla aroma that lingers just long enough. My daughter even asked me if I'd started wearing a new perfume!

The texture is lightweight and absorbs quickly, which is a godsend when you're trying to rush through your skincare routine before the kids wake up or after they've gone to bed. It didn't leave any greasy residue either, so I could get dressed right away without worrying about staining my clothes.

However, I did notice that it took slightly more product than usual to cover my entire body, which might explain why it ran out faster than expected. But considering the luxurious feel and the fact that a little goes a long way in terms of scent and moisturization, I think it's worth the price.

I've already repurchased because, honestly, it makes me feel like I'm treating myself every time I use it. And as a practical parent, any product that makes me feel pampered while being functional is a winner in my book.
