Okay so I really like this product! I've been using it for a week now and I'm already wondering how I lived without it. The Shun Classic 3 1/2" Paring Knife is an absolute joy to use. It's incredibly sharp - I could peel a potato with ease, something my old knife struggled with. The handle is comfortable too, I could hold it for hours (not that I'd want to, haha!).

My only minor critique? It's a tad heavier than I expected, which might not suit everyone. But honestly, that didn't bother me much because the blade's performance more than made up for it. If you're looking for a high-quality paring knife, this one's definitely worth your consideration!
